Return Policy
Our Goal is
to provide complete satisfaction to our customers.
- Items that are NOT in a NEW
condition because they have been damaged, or are missing parts, materials,
manuals or instructions are not eligible for a refund.
- All "OPEN BOX ITEMS"
that are in NEW condition and have not been damaged, and contain all the
original materials, manuals and instructions are eligible for a refund of
80% (20% Restocking Fee) of the purchase price. SHIPPING NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Only items that are in NEW
condition and have not been damaged are in the original, unopened factory
packaging with all the original materials, manuals and instructions
included are eligible to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
- All returns require an RMA
number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA number on the
shipping label.
- You must request a RMA number
from Cycle Parts USA within the first 7
days after receiving items. Please email us at info@cyclepartsusa.com for your RMA
- All returns must be received
within 10 working days of RMA date.
- It is the purchasers'
responsibility to notify us within 3 business days of receipt of the item
if the product is damaged or incomplete.
- Shipping and handling fees are
not refundable.
Exchange Policy
Cycle Parts USA offers only two options
for exchange.
- We will wait until we have received your returned
item before we ship out the new product.
- On customer approval we can ship out the new
product right away, charge your credit card and issue a refund when we
receive your returned product.
